At Pharmacy2u.co.uk, there are two main types of prescriptions: NHS and private prescriptions. The current cost of an NHS prescription for 2023-2024 is £9.65. Private prescriptions can be written by NHS doctors when the medicine is not available through the NHS. They can also be issued by private doctors and healthcare professionals. Charges for private prescriptions vary depending on the treatment.
For patients on NHS repeat prescription delivery is completely free. For patients on private prescriptions or using the online doctor service delivery is charged as follows: Express delivery and Royal Mail Tracked 24hr for Online doctor is £6.25 and £3.45 respectively. For Private Prescription Under £40, it's £6.25 and £3.45 respectively, and for Over £40, it's free.

Pharmacy2U.co.uk has a detailed Return and Refund Policy. For items ordered from the Pharmacy2U Shop or Chemist Direct website, any unwanted items can be returned free of charge within 28 days from placing the order for a refund or a replacement. The items should be unused, unopened, and returned with the original packaging complete, undamaged, and boxed as received. Once opened and/or used, products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or broken on arrival. In the event of a refund, the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. It can take up to seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by the card provider.
For medicines and other prescribed items, and medicines provided as part of a healthcare service, these cannot be refunded or replaced unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival. Medicines and other prescribed/dispensed items are not ordinary items of commerce, and they cannot be re-dispensed or re-used. If such an item has been received and is faulty or damaged on arrival, the Customer Care team should be contacted.

The Royal Mail Tracked 48hr Delivery service costs £3.49 and delivers within 2-3 working days from the dispatch of the order. This service is free for orders over £30. The EVRI UK Tracked 48hr Service also costs £3.49 and delivers within 2 working days from the dispatch of the order. This service is also free for orders over £30. The Royal Mail Tracked 24hr Delivery service costs £5.09 and delivers within 1-2 days from the dispatch of the order. The EVRI UK Tracked 24hr service costs £5.49 and delivers the next working day for orders placed before 8pm. All orders can be tracked from dispatched to delivery.
